Return Policy

    •    Return Window: 30 days from receipt of the creation.   

    •    Conditions: Items must be in new and unused condition, with all protective materials and original packaging.
   •    Exclusions: Engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
   •    Refunds: Processed up to 14 business days after quality control inspection.
